Betsson teaming up with nGenera to improve customer care

The highly developed online chat tool offers live, 24-hour support to online players throughout Europe whilst bringing a 30 % decrease in average resolution times and dropping the number of telephone queries by in so far as 40 %.
Betsson has started nGen Chat throughout its customer care team, which offers support in fourteen languages for players from more than twenty countries.
