Apparently, the iMEGA is fighting against the US government and its UIGEA that the Department of Justice is unwilling to represent the practical inadequacies of the Act.

Just as said by the previous warnings of fiscal, political and legal specialists, the financial institutions charged with implementing the disreputably erroneous law have began balking financial transactions for gambling that are in fact excused from the legislation, causing problems with at least 2 state lotteries.

This week imager unveiled on its website that it wants to bring these inadequacies to the attention of the court as pertinent to its case in opposition to the UIGEA, and consequently filed a motion to do this.
