Casino News: Playtech, Joint Venture with GG and Shuffle Master

The global developer and licensor in the software of online games industry, Playtech announced that they have already entered contract with Guardian Gaming Limited, which is based in Malta and Shuffle Master Games, into an intellectual property sublicense deal.

This company, Guardian Gaming, has the rights to sublicense the chosen games in Shuffle Master online. The deal enables Playtech’s software subscriber the access to the games such as Three Card Poker, the Shuffle Masters popular portfolio casino game, Dragon Bonus, Let It Ride, etc…

According to Mor Weizer, CEO of Playtech, they are delighted to reach an agreement which makes PlayTech in a unique position of being an online casino, holding the sublicense rights to certain Shuffle Master games for the operator licensees. The agreement reflects the quality of the software’s platform and the strength in the global licensing portfolio.
