The British Casino Association now had plans to create new image of casinos in UK, this challenge was already dismissed by the British courts.

The association representing 90% of the operators of casino had looked for a review in the government’s new policy in gambling, that had been debated because of a plan of a 5000 square meter super casino and other large casino’s as well could cost £120 million yearly loss for profits and will force others out in business.

According to a senior judge the challenge has for debates has failed.

He said that the government cannot accept challenges just for a policy with the restrictions in gambling which will benefit some and disadvantage to others. The gambling’s policy is for executives subjected to the parliamentary government and is not inherent to any challenges.
