Holland online casino and poker room owned by the Dutch government has signed up with a three-year deal with Cryptologic software last week. Access Gaming previously powered Holland online casino and poker room. Cryptologic is an experienced player in the online casino world.
This exclusive contract will provide both poker and casino software for Holland Casino.com, which is the Dutch government licensed casino operator in the Netherlands. The new casino website will be launched in June 2007 and only Dutch nationals can take part in it.
Lewis Rose, CryptoLogic's President and CEO was in Amsterdam to sign the agreement. There are 14 land-based casinos across the Netherlands operated by Holland Casino. Some of these casinos are situated in popular tourist resorts like Zandvoort, Valkenburg and Scheveningen. Holland Casino has been operating land-based casinos since 1976 & has undergone several expansions. City-center casinos in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Breda, Nijmegen and Groningen are some good example of its expansion.
