Friday's Lotto Max jackpot draw has changed the life of David Rennie a steel worker from Campbell River, as he was the lucky winner who won the jackpot worth $35,738,798. He commented, "When I submitted my ticket to the shop worker he told me that I have won the jackpot, from that moment its just like a dream come true for me."
Rennie has decided that after receiving the money he will resign from the steel company. Rannie stated, "I will not resign unless I receive the winning amount in my account, after receiving the money I will resign."
Rennie has planned to lead a simple life and he want to visit hockey match in Vancouver. "I will book five tickets to hockey game in Vancouver; finally I can afford that after winning this jackpot of 36 million."
Rennie use to purchase the lotto ticket every week and this time he got his lucky ticket from Chevron Town Pantry in Campbell River.
