BSkyB Closing In Online Casino Group TakeoverJanuary 18, 2007, 10:58 am (4 years ago)Initially, just 30 per cent of shareholders supported the deal, which saw BSkyB offering 68p a share for the company last month and equated to a £96 million cash offer. 365 Media Group owns and operates gambling websites such as online casino clubonthepark.com and totalbetcasino.co.uk. If the sale were to be agreed BSkyB would gain access to 365’s extensive network and to a web audience of over nine million users per month; an average of 60,000 extra betting and gaming customers. BSkyB is closing in on the purchase of 365 Media Group, owner of online gambling and sports websites, with almost 60 per cent of 365’s shareholders giving their approval for the deal. An acceptance of the offer has been given an extended deadline of January 19th. The deal would significantly increase BSkyB’s market share within the online entertainment sector.

June 18, 2007, 12:30 pm (4 years ago) i have been in discussion with clubonthepark poker about their playtech software for their BJ game. Both the casino and Playtech claim that their deals are random, yet, our research shows that when the player increases his bet beyond a certain percentage, the deal becomes NON-RANDOM (a high percentage of 4, 5,6 cards appear for the player) and the dealer makes BJ approximately 24 times more frequently. I can get no help, bar bland re-assurances from both companies. Who can I talk to to investgiate these very serious claims? many thanks Paul Mendelson Automatic Translation
