World Team Poker being broadcasted on Fox

World Team Poker will have groups consist of 5 renowned pros together with one alternate battle it out under the banners of their own nations. Each line-up battles in regular season events previous to lining up in a Championship Event in the classics of the Super Bowl at the end of the series.
The league’s first tournament, which was hosted at the Golden Nugget in Las Vegas on May 19, is going to be broadcasted on 1hour episodes every Sunday with a ‘teaser episode’ scheduled for broadcast on July 14.
