As reported by RecentPoker.com, the Non-executive manager Shay Ben-Yitzhak has left 888.com to be with his family members.

888.com chairman Richard Kilsby, commented: "I would like to express on behalf of the board and all at the company our gratitude for Shay's contribution as one of the initial founders of the business, and in expanding the company from its early years to where it is at present. We wish him all the best for the future."
 


Cofounder of 888.com, Aharon Shaked, formerly a dentist, deceased at age of 58. He and his brother, Avi Shaked, made fortune from 888 Holdings, establishing the company a few years ago. In the year of 1995, they mortgaged their houses so as to gain the funds to build 888.
888.com has been one of the most successful online casino on the Web, through its flagship brand Casino-on-Net. 888.com has since turned out to be the primary marketed brand.
