The Interactive Media Entertainment & Gaming Association (iMEGA) has revealed that its confrontation to the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act in the form of an appeal movement in opposition to the US Department of Justice has been scheduled for July 7th 2009 at 10.00 am, when disputes from the parties are going to be heard at the US courthouse in Philadelphia.

The US 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals has appointed the 3-judge panel chosen to hear verbal arguments as Judge Dolores Korman Sloviter, a Carter appointee; Judge Thomas L. Ambro, a Clinton appointee; and Judge Kent A. Jordan, a George W. Bush appointee.

iMEGA is going to be represented by Eric M. Bernstein, who initially claimed to have UIGEA upended in US District Court, and Stephen A. Saltzburg, professor at the George Washington University school of law and ex- deputy attorney-general of the United States.
