Station Casinos suing Internet gambling company

 April 21, 2009, 11:17 am (2 years ago)
An Internet gambling company, based in Panama, is being sued by Station Casinos in U.S. District Court in Las Vegas. Smart Answer, S.A. is the company, and the suit as well points out Susana Gonzales as a defendant.

Stations argues that the company is breaching the copyrights that the casino company holds on some of the names of their possessions in the US. Particularly the lawsuit named "boulderstation," "sunsetstation," and "palacestation" as names that were being utilized by the gambling company online.

"Defendants' moves has interrupted or are intentionally done to interrupt plaintiff's business by, amongst other things, redirecting web users away from plaintiffs' Web sites and to the online gambling website defendants connected to the violating domain names," supposed Stations in their lawsuits.
