Online Casinos waiting to be requlated in the United States

 November 23, 2008, 9:05 am (3 years ago)
Some of the leading online casino operators in the world are gradually planning to go back to the United States market. With a new administration coming in, the outlooks are more optimistic that online gambling is going to finally be ruled in the U.S.

A lot of online companies blocked out the U.S. market right after the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act was implemented hurriedly by Republicans in Congress back in 2006. But apparently some of those companies are paying close attention to what is taking place in America.

Lately the Treasury Department has issued the regulations on the UIGEA. The regulations actually don’t change much on what is now taking place with online gaming.

With the Obama Administration set for an occupation in January, online casinos are excited that it is going to initiate the appropriate regulations required to regulate the online industry.
