Though the domain names have not legitimately been surrender, Judge Thomas Wingate ruled that if a company successfully blocked Kentucky residents in thirty days, they would be excused from the penalty.

Players are able to still register from the prohibited states, but are going to not be able to play in the Poker client or in the Casino. The IP blocking service Microgaming is utilizing also has a substitute detector, so players are not going to be able to utilize a proxy to conceal their IPs anymore.” It marks an unexpected devotion to the “rule” by Microgaming Network, whose online poker websites are 32Red Poker, Intertops Poker, Crazy Poker, PokerTime, Royal Vegas Poker, Ladbrokes, Betway, Unibet, Pokerwize, Doyle’s Room, Jennings Poker, Gnuf, and Eurolinx.
