Dobrosoft's owners will be transferring the management of the company to the new DGN management team over the next 90 days, with Dobrosoft's rank and file software staff being kept on in the new venture.
The assets of Gibraltar-based poker software firm Dobrosoft have been acquired by privately held firm Digital Gaming Network (DGN), which plans to elevate the company's profile and profits in the online gaming space.
'The company looks forward to having the additional resources and expertise that DGN can bring to the table to help the company grow in ways that can fulfil its long term potential,' explained Dobrosoft's founder and CEO, Vinko Dobrosevic.
He added, 'I am pleased to announce the sale to Digital Gaming Network. The new company will have the talent and experience to launch a new era for itself and its employees. Industry insiders will be taking notice very soon.'
Digital Gaming Network has also confirmed it will test-drive its new features for industry executives at the upcoming ICE Show (International Casino Exhibition) in London on January 23 - 25.
Dobrosoft was a private firm that had been in business since 2000, and was one of the first software developers in the online poker arena, developing multi-player gaming software for the online environment.
