Back Poker in the Park in London
 August 3, 2008, 10:03 am (3 years ago)Poker in the Park is going to appear to the center of London for a two-day poker top prize on August 15-16 from 4pm-9pm Friday and 10am-6pm Saturday.
The event, held at London’s Leicester Square Park, is going to contain 25,000 poker players. They are going to be participating in free-roll competitions, expert poker players’ speeches and buy books and products from poker’s main names.
Chief Editor of Bluff Europe Michael Caselli looks at the event as a chance to bring up consciousness about the enjoyment in poker: “Last year, it was the beginning of something extraordinary, with Poker in the Park representating that London is one of the debut cities in the world for poker. This year’s event is going to show why poker has turned out to be the worldwide occurrence it is today, and we’re expecting two days of poker craze.”
PKR are the co-sponsors and are going to be holding hourly competitions in the Poker Dome. Mr. Simon Prodger, the Marketing Director of PKR, explained, “London's Leicester Square is one of the most well-known amusements in the world and we are thrilled about backing up such an exclusive poker event in this place. This year's Poker in the Park will be yet larger and more improved than last year's and, since it's free to take part in, it will give an attractive experience for variety of people going by the center of the city.”
