Hold your breath! The Paddy Poker Face new promotion first prize includes a $70,000 yearly salary, $30,000 in travel and accommodation plus $100,000 in tournament entry fees, totaling $200,000 in all!
paddypowerpoker.com, Paddy Power’s online poker arm, has developed this new tournament promotion for the duration of next seven months, which will give one player the chance to become a professional poker player, for a year.
Qualification to the monthly grand finals is made up of daily feeder events which start from $2 re-buy for weekly feeders to $25 re-buy and a $40 freeze out to the monthly finals. There is also a $70 buy-in for the monthly final continuous feeder.
The program is made up of monthly $600 buy-in tournaments, with the winners from each month heading to the grand final at the Golden Nugget Casino in Las Vegas on May 7, 2007. Each of the monthly winners will also collect a $12,500 package to the 2007 World Series of Poker.
