A week ago the wrong amount of money was taken
from my debit card. I contacted this casino immediatly via live chat. I was assured that this would be taken care of immediately. I called left a message for someone to call me. As of today there have been no call backs from any manager as promised. I was informed that this money would be back in my account by yesterday. However, this did not happen.
