Bally strikes Foxwoods deal
 July 26, 2007, 1:07 am (4 years ago)Bally Technologies has announced it has signed a contract with the world’s largest casino, Foxwoods Resort Casino, to supply 7,200 iVIEW slot-machine displays and player-centric BallyPower Bonusing technology.
The deal could be extended to 10,000 iVIEW displays in light of planned expansions at the Mashantucket, Connecticut-based resort.
The iVIEW displays will allow Foxwoods to communicate more effectively with its players by highlighting bonusing features, special events, player-loyalty programs and convenience services across the entire slot floor.
John O'Brien, President of Foxwoods, stated that the iVIEW offered from Bally is a reliable tool for customer-relationship marketing that will lead to a dramatic increase pf their new bonusing possibilities. He also added that Bally guarded their monetary investment made in the existing Bally SMS system, but iVIEW is revolutionary thanks to its bonusing combination, and the application will establish connections between existing and yet-to-be-released such programs. Another immense benefit is the facility with whom it integrate with the available technology.”
Richard Haddrill, CEO of Bally Technologies, added: “This is the single largest iVIEW order to date as our interactive displays continue to grow toward becoming the industry standard. Owned by the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation, Foxwoods features six casinos with more than 7,000 slots, 400 table games, the only WPT World Poker Room, High Stakes Bingo and Ultimate Racebook.
