France Refused Warning Given By the European Commission

France had refused the warning given to them by European Commission that it need to scrap the uncompetitive gambling laws and return to European Commission declared that they stand upon their policy at European Union high courts.

European Union had warned the French government that they will be taking legal actions in their country but this will change once they modify the law that prohibits gambling company to advertise.

According to Ministry of Finance, “the government of France had esteemed with the limitations that exist in the exploitation of gambling and wagering complies to the condition of European Court of Justice.”
