Bwin Online Gaming Resolution for Lost Revenues

Bwin, an online betting company in Austria offering sports betting, casino and poker is already seeking for 'hundreds of millions of euros.’

According to the Chief Executive Norbert Teufelberger the European Court of Justice will regard the German states attempt of guarding their game monopoly as illegal.

Teufelberger said to the newspaper of Germany, Garter Zeitung, Bwin has supported a resolution to drawn-out wrangle allowing the states to have full monopoly on lottery, while those regulated internet companies on gaming will have the chance providing sports betting, casino games and poker with a 15% tax of gross winnings offers as new privileges.
