Czech out Alternative Online Casino Markets, Bookmarkers

By registering online betting units in other countries, the heads of the Czech Republics foremost gambling firms have decided to circumnavigate the country’s restrictions on online gambling for native companies.

For years, they have found that the growth of the Czech gambling industry has been impeded by laws that prevent local betting companies from launching online betting arms, while at the same time being powerless to push out foreign online betting firms that operate in the country.

The Ministry of Finance is set to submit a new lottery law this year; this however doesn’t include a provision for online betting, forcing leading companies such as Tipsport and Fortuna to seek out other ways to create betting branches overseas so that they can eventually take a hold on the Czech online gambling market.

“We’ve repeatedly failed in our request to receive a license for online betting, so we are forced to consider other options” was stated by Jana Stuchickova, who is the spokeswoman for Czech and Slovak private equity firm Penta Investments, the group that currently controls Fortuna.

Betting online is something that no one is ever going to be able to do legally, at least if the governments have their way there want. However, if you are located inside of one country that doesn’t allow it, you can always look for the comfort of knowing that there is a company somewhere that does. However, there are some disadvantages of relocating your company rather than just following the rules.

The first thing you have to worry about is the fact that it is going to take a lot of money to relocate your company. However, you can decide to go into partnership with another company that is located in another country and let them handle all the affairs. However, you would have to follow all the rules to make sure that your money wasn’t considered illegal. You want to do it in a way that works out best for everyone. Relocating takes a lot of time and money, if you are a company that was currently providing betting services you could sell that half of the company to someone else that already does that so that you want be loosing out on anything.

With all the new laws that are coming and going it is hard to keep up with what is legal and what isn’t.
