Immigration Bureau has recently taken a Japanese citizen on custody for operating an illegal gambling outlet in Kaga of Japan. FSD (fugitive search department) officers have arrested Takashui Kumamato, citizen of Japan from his home located at Malabon City. Last year, in the month of November, these Japanese nationals have gone to the Philippines.
The arrested person was operating one of the illegal gambling outlets in the Kaga city of Japan. Last year, in the month of December, police officials have arrested this accused citizen of Japan. According to the statement highlighting from the Immigration Bureau, “The latest arrest of Kumamato is adding to several captured fugitives of the foreign countries. Our department has added the name of Kumamato in black list, so that he cannot return back to Philippines.”
