This week, from the implementation of Gambling Act in country, Belgium poker players can enjoy legal real-money online games at any one among the three approved online websites of poker game. The three approved websites of poker game are Casino777.be, Partouche.be and PokerStars.be, all of which will join the players from two sports books and four landscape casinos. The regulator of Gaming Commission of Belgium has highlighted its planning to ban access of all unauthorized domains of online poker.
In addition to this, Gaming Commission may also charge fines on all those players, violating the gambling regulations repeatedly. Some of the websites as iPoker and PartyPoker are not listed among latest approved poker domains. But, these websites are still accepting the participation of European players, as they have said that the scheme cannot be enforceable. Furthermore, implementation of Gambling Act has failed to solve the issues related with taxation of winning amounts of the players.
