American Indian tribes are now expecting to have exclusive rights for online gambling, but simultaneously, fearing that latest online gambling resolution format of land casino moguls of New Jersey and Nevada may marginalize these interests of them.
This week, Seneca Nation President Robert, in a testimony before Senate committee Washington, stated that as per present scenario, most of the American gambling bodies is seeking instant monopoly for legalized online gambling. He further stated that Indian big land based casinos are forcing Congress for passing online gambling laws that will allow them to enter into the online gambling market, but, as Indian gaming is competitive threat against Nevada and New Jersey moguls, so they are consistently trying to prevent implementation of online gambling law in India.
While asking about having own online gambling operations in American Indian tribes to Porter, he says that they will be will able to compete and thrive. However, executive director of the Connecticut Council stated that although USA was against legal online gambling at one time, but now is willing to be prime deliverer of it.
