Bernard Tapie Agreed to purchase Full Tilt Poker

This Friday, The beleaguered online poker room has announced that they have found an investor who is likely to have the intention of purchasing the company. AS per the statement made by this online poker room, Bernard Tapie, The French business tycoon has agreed to buy the company despite of the legal troubles the poker room is facing with the US authorities.


This agreement incorporates an interesting plan, as per which millions of dollars will be repaid to all those players who were unable to access their funds from April this year.

Just one day before the announcement made by Full Tilt, the Alderney Gambling Control Commission gave its statement related to revoking Full Tilt's license. This license enables this poker room to operate worldwide.

The Commission's executive director, Andre Wilsenback commented, “Remember that annulment of Full Tilt Poker's license cannot prevent reactivation of the business under new ownership and management"
