Gaming Media Group, which is a London-based online gaming operator, got hold of Gaming Media Group that worth approximately 1.5 million. This achievement will help GMG to expand its approach in the Danish gaming market.
As per the CEO of Gaming Media Group, Crispin Nieboer, "We are very happy with the partnership with Mermaid, this is will help us to grow in Danish market. In fact we have started making efforts for integrating our businesses, and trying to give Mermaid the same infrastructure as PokerHeaven.com."
Pierre Andersen of Mermaid Gaming commented, "Partnership with GMG will ensure us long term success, we have developed an ultimate brand and player following in Denmark and GMG will provide us technical support."
Mermaid Gaming is an independent poker operator in Danish market but GMG subsidiary includes CasinoJoy.com, Poker Channel, PokerHeaven.com, BlackjackHeaven.com and BingoJoy.com
