The swift moves made by the provincial government of Canada to be into the online gaming business seem to have passed the Maritime Provinces of Nova Scotia, New Foundland, Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick.
All the territories that are represented in the Atlantic Lottery Corporation that presented the idea for deliberation.
It now seems that not the entire territories have allowed passing of this ideas outright. The daily Gleaner reports that the government of New Brunswick is still considerate of the project and is observing the developments of other provinces with immense interest. In accordance with the ALC charter, one or more territories can apply for any given venture even if others are not willing to participate.
Accordingly, the ALC is to hand over its research findings on the achievability of an online gambling enterprise, which is operated itself by the government of New Brunswick.
