 October 5, 2010, 1:24 pm (1 year ago)
Throughout the month of September 2010, The Macau gambling managed to maintain its market to continuously rise, marking incomes of 15.3 billion patacas, which is around $1.9 billion. According to the report of Macau Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau, this is whopping 39.8 % increase on the corresponding period last year.

The numbers are lower than July’s 70 % extraordinary year-over-year boost, but the result is still impressive and attracting American investors tired of low performance in the US, commented Deutsche Bank analyst Chris Worenka.

Macau has turned out to be the world leading gambling center by income in 2006, surpassing Las Vegas and kept on expanding the performance gap in following years.
