Betsson investors see increase in dividend

This week saw investors in Swedish online gambling firm Betsson releasing pleasant result. The company revealed that it is to pay SEK 9 a share, which indicates a boost of 76 % on last year’s distribution.
Betsson executive made the statement as the company posted it’s annual (2009) figures that recorded a 15% augment in operating profits, and revenues rise by 25%.
CEO Pontus Lindwall stated to business journalists that operating profits boosted to SEK 316.9 million while revenues went up from SEK 1037 million in 2008 to SEK 1299 million in FY 2009.
