A dispute from state attorneys and also attorneys for 141 online casinos this past week was being heard by the Kentucky Supreme Court. The court has to give a conclusion on whether the state lawfully had the right to confiscate the domain names of the casinos.

For Members of the online gambling community needless to say, the court date was long-expected. The Supreme Court is going to now give the conclusion on the subject, but legal specialists forecast that the decision making will take long time.

Governor Steve Beshear and the state initially seized the domain names, igniting resentment by people conversant on online gambling regulations in the US. Since the original seizure, an appeals court has ruled that the seizures should not have conducted.
