In America, the Utah Transit Authority has lately accepted a ruling that is going to charge passengers who visit gambling and gaming sites utilizing its free wireless Internet service.
The ruling was officially accepted at the end of last month with the Authority announcing that the penalty charges for a 1st infringement would be $300 while following penalties could be $500.

Passengers on FrontRunner commuter trains and express buses have be no less than eighteen years old to use the Authority’s free Internet service. Additionally, users must consent to a set of term and conditions, which include agreeing to a content filter that controls access to sites considered threatening.

Gerry Carpenter, a spokesperson for the Authority, explained that implementation duties would be managed by a transit police officer. He stated that those breaching the rulings would be charged with a citation but passengers may appeal.
