Personnel changes in Cryptologic

He is still going to provide his service to the company as a non-executive manager. On June 3 2009 at the yearly shareholders conference Stikeman is going to be replaced by David Gavagan, an accountant and investment executive, according to the statement of the company.
Gavagan is going to serve as the group’s independent non-executive chairman. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. He became a member of CryptoLogic’s board as an independent non-executive director in June, 2008. Gavagan has over 29 years of accumulated knowledge during his time in boardroom at a lot of public and private companies.
“I am honored to take the position of Robert Stikeman, who made contribution to establishment of the Internet gaming business and supplied strong headship as CryptoLogic’s chairman for the past 6 years,” explained Gavagan.
