Gambling cruise

The police stated that the ships arranged by the two men would set off from the northern province of Quang Ninh and journey along Vietnam’s coast through south to get Cambodia; then come back through the same course. On each round-trip passage, a ship could carry around 50 to 60 gamblers.
The police stated it was a new way of organizing illegitimate gambling that they are examining thoroughly.
