Twaits as CEO at Betfair AustraliaAugust 27, 2008, 8:40 am (3 years ago)The practiced and esteemed Betfair executive Andrew Twaits is to be CEO of Betfair's Australian operations on 16 October, 2008, substituting Anthony Klok who is transferring to Betfair associate and land gambling corporation Crown Limited as International Business Development Director.
The chairman and co-founder of Betfair, Edward Wray, explain: “Anthony went across to Betfair on second-ment from PBL in 2006 to direct the early stages of Betfair’s founding in the Australian wagering landscape. "He has worked along with Anthony for the last two years and was the apparent option to direct Betfair throughout the next stage of its growth. “The Australian wagering market is going into a thrilling period and the Board is very positive in the capability of Andrew and the rest of the team to assist Betfair realizes its ability in this industry.”
