The Ho Chi Minh City department of Information and Communications has requested its managing organization, the Vietnamese Ministry of Information and Communications, to inspect eight online games which have the record of producing enormous revenues in Internet cafes and other openings amongst students and citizens alike.

The Ministry of Information and Communications at present manages all online gaming accounts in Vietnam and only authorizes users to play on an account for 5 hours per day. The user’s account will be logged off automatically after 5 hours. Additionally, users obtain the whole value of any kind of bonus points only if they play for three hours or less - between 3-5 hours of play, only 50 % of obtainable bonus points are provided.
