January 9, 2010, 5:07 pm (6 years ago) I am very surprised to see the positive remarks about 7 spins! Although the software and cust service are GREAT! I have much problem with the VIP and Cust Service Manager. Seems neither understand how to read and respond to email? The Vip dept is not on hand 24 hrs a day, as is the case with most other online and on land casinos! If you are lucky you can get a Vip Host late at night and maybe one night on weekend. The live chat cust service is very helpful but only to a point, they are not authorized to do much. I cant get answers to very important questions such as the bonus rules, what gaming authority they are lic with, who is in charged, do they in fact have a real address, and.....what Titanium VIP means? If someone has been successful in actually getting a real email from 7spins (one other than a bonus email, one that answers questions) I would really like to know. Congrats to the ones who have cashed at this casino. Played there a year, never cashed a cent. Yes it is a fun, exciting place to play, but, thats all I can expect from what I have seen. I have real questions about this casino? If a business will not answer good questions, then they have something to hide I believe. I wont make another deposit until I get an answered email. If all turns out good, I will come back and update.

February 16, 2010, 5:59 pm (6 years ago) Those that have cashed out here you are lucky..I asked for a check for 800 and after not hearing anything or getting answers I was told they no longer issue checks and that I had to go through e-wallet. i told them idont want an e-wallet account so they told me my only other option was a bank wire and after filling out the bank wire form they told me that they had no timetable for when this might happen..i asked days months years?? what does that mean.There answer is we dont have any timetable..So now im at there mercy..If it happens it happens if not im out of luck..if anything changes I will update |
